Cristo Rey Tampa Salesian High School was accepted as a chapter member of the Spanish National Honor Society, sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese. CRT students in grade 10 and higher, who have maintained a 3.0 GPA in the study of Spanish for a minimum of three semesters, are eligible to become members. The mission of the honor society is to recognize high school achievement in Spanish and/or Portuguese (e.g., by awarding college scholarships to eligible student members) and to promote interest in Hispanic and Luso-Brazilian studies.
Members will be inducted into the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica at a ceremony on April 2, 2020.
¡Felicitationes!
